We dispatch the item within 2 or 3 days after checking product. After dispatch delivery time will be 3.-10 working days depends on the location and the courier service. If there is further delay due to some reason, we will notify you. Tracking Id will be given after dispatch. You can track your order from Track Order option in available on website.

05. Warranty/repair issue ?

We provide 1-2 year machine warranty on the watches. We detailed check every item before dispatch, so there are less chances of any defect. we provide the 100% replacement to the defected item. you can read all the replacement policy and Warranty policy on the website.

We almost accept all the payment modes like debit card, credit card, wallet transfer, UPI and COD. Currently EMI facility is not available, but we are working on it. You can pay online without worry. we have 100% secured payment gateway.For Cod option you need to pay 10% amount of the total order in advance. Rest amount you need to pay at delivery time. COD advance payment is non refundable, if the order declined/rejected by the customer.
