3 Days Replacement Policy
Our business mainly runs on trust and honesty. For us the customer satisfaction is on the first place. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on every order.
We check every item before dispatch. But sometime some damage or wrong item can be received by the customer, in that case we provide 3 Days replacement policy. we provide 3 days replacement policy to all the product if any defect found in the product.
Process of Replacement:
- You need to make UNBOXING VIDEO of the parcel from starting to end without cut and pause and try to show the defect in the video. No cut and pause allowed in the video. Here we want to clear that unboxing means you have to open the parcel in while making video. Already opened parcel video will not be accepted.
- Customer need to inform us via call +91 8818012776 or email Srpremiumwatcheshelp@gmail.com asap.
- We will arrange the pickup for the return courier
- After receiving the product we will check that product. If it has a minor issue, we will try to repair that product otherwise we will ship new product without any extra charge.
- We will try to solve the issue within 5-10 days after receiving the return courier.
- The company has all the rights to offer an alternate product if the ordered product is not available at that time.
- The 3 days replacement policy only valid for defected item you received at delivery time. After use of the product no replacement will be provided to customer.
3 Days Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
Our main is to provide the best quality products at the best price in the market. we sell what we show to our customer. we click the actual picture and the video of the watch. It is less chance of customer disliking our product. we have more than 10 years of experience, in this period no one asked for refund. we always try to provide the best possible quality.
But now onwards, we are accepting Return, exchange and Refund orders. We don’t want to loose our customer so we have now return, exchange and return policy. The product color can be slightly different due to lighting condition. In some cases, customer doesn’t like the color or size or style or anything. He/she is now able to return or exchange the product. For that you need to send back our product carefully within 3 days after receiving the product. we will check the product after that your payment will be processed. we will return 75% amount of the item price excluding box price. In other words, we will deduct 25% amount including shipping and packing charges. In case of Exchange we will provide 75% of the watch amount. All the shipping cost will be paid by the customer itelf. If you want to return/ refund or exchange product, the product and packing should be proper. Don’t remove any packing from the chain or glass.
In case of return or refund
- Please confirm us before sending back our product.
- Courier charges will be borne by the customers itself.
- The product should not be tempered or broken.
- Customer need to send us the product by courier.
- After receiving the product we will check the product and return the amount.
- Product should be unused and proper packed.
- Any scratch and damage will not acceptable.
- Some time you need to wait for your refund if you have paid via COD. because we receive COD amount after 8-10 days.
